What payment methods do you accept?
We only accept US currency. Cash, printed company check, bank money orders, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover.
When do I pay for services?
Based on the scope of work, a partial or full payment is expected after we've discussed your options and you're ready to move forward. The balance(s) if applicable will be noted in the agreement.
Are there any recurring costs?
Only if you choose our recurring support & maintenance, Marketing Solutions or hosting services.
Do you offer a refund policy?

We try to be fair and understanding, so we ask you to understand our policy.

- If you cancel prior to Phase One (48 hours), we offer a FULL refund.

- If you cancel during Phase One, we offer a 50% refund.

- If you cancel after Phase One, NO refunds, but a credit will be provided for future services.

Note: To apply for a Refund, send us an email via our Contact page explaing your reason for cancelling services. Also, the Refund Policy does not apply to the initial consultation fee or domain purchase(s).
