Based on the scope of work, a FULL or Partial payment is expected after we've discussed your options and you're ready to move forward. The balance due (if applicable) will be noted in the agreement.

We try to be fair and understanding, so we ask you to understand our policy.

- If you cancel within the 48 hour grace period, a FULL REFUND minus our consultaion fee _{(if applicable)}.

- If you cancel after the grace period a 50% REFUND and a credit for the difference will be provided for future services.

Note: Cancellation request must be sent through our Contact Page explaing the reason(s) for cancelling services. In fairness to both of us, our Contact Page will capture your IP address, date and time stamp to validate your request.
